BIRTH PREPARATION

Birth and the period after is one of the most intense times in a woman's/couple's life.
I am convinced that birth preparation, which is individually tailored to you as a woman/as a couple, will make the birth experience sustainable. In a private conversation you will receive information about the final weeks of pregnancy, about birth and the period afterwards. Of course, all your questions will be answered.

A birth preparation course around two hours costs CHF 250 including travel and course script. The basic insurance covers a large amount of the course fees at a minimum of CHF 150.
