Birth preparation
During individual online birth preparation, I will inform you about the physiological birth process, give you inputs for the finals weeks of pregnancy
and answer your questions.
The course content will be available in a script.
Duration approx. 2 hours

To answer your questions in the first few weeks
of family time I offer online sessions.
These depend on your individual needs. I would be happy to share my knowledge and tips & tricks with you!
